When the chips were down, Zan Media, came through when I and my clients needed them. Zan compiled a series of videos and still photographs regarding a major automobile accident into one first class CD. Their concept was that the CD would serve as both a visual aide for my introductory remarks at mediation while doing double duty as a graphic accompaniment to my opening presentation to the jury. The result was a successful mediation where the issue of liability was taken off the table, with all parties then focusing on what I regarded as the main point: the evaluation of the plaintiff’s substantial damage claims.
